7gl shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized transaction arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such loss is directly attributable to 7gl's own negligence or willful misconduct.
7gl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that: (a) violates these Terms; (b) is associated with fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity; (c) remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormant account procedures including prior notice; or (d) is required to be closed pursuant to a PAGCOR directive or court order.
To close your 7gl account voluntarily, contact our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) after applicable verification and pending wager resolution.
All transactions on the 7gl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 7gl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied to player funds.
